We specialize in offering owner-financed acreage. There are no credit checks. All you need to purchase is to come see the land in person and your down payment of $995. The property is financed for 25 years at a fixed interest rate of 8.9%. We offer lower interest rates if you put more money down than the $995 and you can prepay all or part at any time without penalty.
Meadow Ridge is high and dry property that has about ¾ of an acre cleared in the front of each parcel and the rest of the property is wooded in oaks and pines. Each estate fronts on lime rock road. Electricity runs through the community. There is no timetable to build, however when you do decide to build, your home must be 950 square feet or larger.
