The Suwannee River State Park is part of the Twin Rivers Wildlife Management Area which consists of more than 9,000 acres in 14 non-contiguous tracts in Madison, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties.  There are areas designated for hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, and picnicking.

 

Deer Run - Parcel A is located on County Road 53 which connects Mayo to Interstate 10.  The property is wooded with many cleared areas for a home-site.  Electricity is available to the front of property and a driveway culvert is already installed.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted.  Farm animals are permitted.
