A hidden gem in north-central Florida, Troy Spring has restrooms, an accessible walkway, picnic tables, an interpretive nature trail, and a riverside dock for canoeists and boaters on the Suwannee River.

 

Denver Woods - Parcel A has plenty of open pasture space for animals and giant oak tree hammocks for shade.  The property is fenced on three sides.  Power is already on the property.  For water and sewer, you would need to install a well and septic tank.   There is no  requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 1,000 square feet or larger.  Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 5 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land.  Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
