Visitors can swim in the springs, picnic, and enjoy the snow white river sand bars.  Visitors may also enjoy fishing, as well as biking, hiking, and wildlife viewing on the Suwannee Springs Tract’s administrative roads. Canoes and kayaks may be launched from the Suwannee Springs Launch.

 

Harely Estates - Estate 4 is mostly cleared with scattered oak trees throughout the property .  The land is located on the corner of two county maintained paved roads.  Downtown Live Oak is 6 miles southwest of the property.  Electricity is available to the front of the property.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 1,500 square feet or larger.  Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 7 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land.  Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
