Suwanneeland is located in Live Oak, Florida.  Live Oak is located off Interstate 10, only 15 miles west of the crossroads of Interstate 75 and 10.  This makes for an easy commute to Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At Suwanneeland you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and insurance costs.  Live Oak offers great climate year round and has many amenities while maintaining its small, hometown feel. 

In Live Oak you will find Publix, Winn Dixie, Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, Tractor Supply, a hospital, and restaurants.

Ten miles north of Suwanneeland is the Suwannee River State Park.  It is located at the intersection of the Suwannee and Withlacoochee rivers. This park is alive with history. Visitors can see remnants of a 19th-century steamship and two ghost towns that have been reclaimed by the sandhill wilderness, which is home to diverse and imperiled native species.  There hiking trails, campground, cabin rentals, and a paved boat ramp. 

The Suwannee River State Park is part of the Twin Rivers Wildlife Management Area which consists of more than 9,000 acres in 14 non-contiguous tracts in Madison, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties.  There are areas designated for hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, and picnicking.

Suwanneeland - Estate 4 is mostly cleared with scattered oak trees and there is an old fence on 3 sides of the lot.  The property is located on a county maintained paved road and electricity is available to the front of property.  An older RV is on the property and we do not know the condition.  There is also a capped off well on the property, but we do not know the condition.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build your home must be a minimum of 1,000 square feet or larger.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted as long as they are 10 years of age or newer when initially placed on the property.  Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.  Camping is permitted on a limited basis.
