Chapel Square is located in McAlpin, Florida.  McAlpin is located 12 miles south of Live Oak which is located off Interstate 10, only 15 miles west of the crossroads of Interstate 75 and 10.  This makes for an easy commute to Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At Chapel Square you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and insurance costs.  Live Oak offers great climate year round and has many amenities while maintaining its small, hometown feel.

The spring stays at 72 degrees all year long so this is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and canoeing or kayaking any time of year. Our springs feel like air conditioning in the summertime and heat in the winter. There is a cave system too so scuba divers from all over the world love to visit and explore what lies beneath our feet. The spring run is approximately 150 feet long with a cave system that is more than 1,200 feet long.

Little River Springs is an ideal place to see the difference between the clear spring water and the tea-colored Suwannee River. You’ll notice a temperature difference too! Several shallow areas make this a kid-friendly spring. There are three handicap-accessible pavilion areas with grills available for picnics, two overlooks, portable restrooms, and paved sidewalks.

 

Chapel Square - Estates 5 and 59 are both corner lots located on the corner of two county maintained dirt roads and less than 2/10 of a mile from the nearest paved road.  Both lots are wooded in oak and hardwood trees.  We have cleared a driveway and home site area on each parcel.  Electricity and high speed internet are available to the front of both properties.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted.  Farm animals are permitted. 

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS  on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
