Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near O’Brien, FL. The large spring is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and river’s edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

At Harrison Estates you will find 2 five acre estates located side by side with giant 100 year old oak trees on each parcel.  The land is located on a county maintained dirt road.  The front acre on each parcel has been under brushed and fence posts installed along the road.  Parcel A has a power pole on the land.  Electricity is available to the front of the property.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 750 square feet or larger.  Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 10 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land.  Farm animals are permitted with the exception of pigs.
