Hills of Huntsville is located in Lake City, Florida.  Lake City is located at the crossroads of Interstate 75 and 10. This makes for an easy commute to Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At Hills of Huntsville you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and insurance costs.  Lake City offers great climate year round and is a strong, growing city while maintaining its small, hometown feel.

In Lake City you will find 3 hospitals: Lake City Medical Center, Shands Lake Shore Medical Center, and a VA Medical Center. Many different shopping opportunities at the Lake City Mall, Super Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Publix, Winn Dixie, Harvey’s and much more.

Florida Gateway College calls Lake City home or you can choose to travel 45 minutes south to Gainesville where you will find the University of Florida and Santa Fe College.

The Stephen Foster State Park is eight miles north and situated on the banks of the legendary Suwannee River, this center honors the memory of American composer Stephen Foster, who wrote "Old Folks at Home," the song that made the river famous.  The museum features exhibits about Foster's most famous songs, and his music can be heard emanating from the park's 97-bell carillon throughout the day.  In Craft Square, visitors can watch demonstrations of quilting, blacksmithing, stained glass making and other crafts, or visit the gift shop. Hiking, bicycling, canoeing and wildlife viewing are popular activities. Miles of trails wind through some of the most scenic areas of North Florida.  Every Memorial Day weekend, the park hosts the Florida Folk Festival. Other special events include concerts, weekend retreats, a regional quilt show, a holiday light display and an antique tractor show.

Hills of Huntsville - Estate B7 is mostly cleared in pasture grass a few large oaks towards the rear of the property.  The property is located on a cul-de-sac at the end of a paved road and underground electricity throughout the community.  The property has a gentle slope to the land.  The front of the property is approximately 100 feet and slopes to around 85 feet at the rear.  The back couple of acres are located in the 100 year flood plane.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 2,000 square feet or larger.  No mobile homes are allowed.  The only animals permitted are horses, cows, dogs, cats, and other household pets.  No semi-trucks are permitted.
