Pinemount Oaks is located in Live Oak, Florida.  Live Oak which is located off Interstate 10, only 15 miles west of the crossroads of Interstate 75 and 10.  This makes for an easy commute to Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At Pinemount Oaks you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and insurance costs.  Live Oak offers great climate year round and has many amenities while maintaining its small, hometown feel. 

In Live Oak you will find Publix, Winn Dixie, Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, Tractor Supply, a hospital, and restaurants.

Located 16 miles south of Pinemount Oaks is Little River Springs.  Here you will find a 125-acre county park on the Suwannee River that includes 2 walking trails for nature walks and the opportunity for a wide variety of wildlife viewing including deer, squirrels, and numerous birds. The spring stays at 72 degrees all year long so this is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and canoeing or kayaking any time of year. Our springs feel like air conditioning in the summertime and heat in the winter. There is a cave system too so scuba divers from all over the world love to visit and explore what lies beneath our feet. The spring run is approximately 150 feet long with a cave system that is more than 1,200 feet long.

Little River Springs is an ideal place to see the difference between the clear spring water and the tea-colored Suwannee River. You’ll notice a temperature difference too! Several shallow areas make this a kid-friendly spring. There are three handicap-accessible pavilion areas with grills available for picnics, two overlooks, portable restrooms, and paved sidewalks.

​Pinemount Oaks - Estate 30 is located on a county maintained dirt road and less than half of a mile from the nearest paved road.  The property is wooded in oaks and hardwood trees.  We have cleared a home site area on the front of the parcel.  There is a small wet weather pond in the center of the lot.  Sometimes it holds water and other times it completely dries up.  Electricity and high speed internet are available to the front of property.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted.  Farm animals are permitted.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS  on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
