Twelve miles west of Pinetree Estates you will find the town of Madison.  In Madison there are two grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, Madison County  Memorial Hospital, North Florida Community College, restaurants, and much more.  Twenty miles southeast is the town of Live Oak.  At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shand’s Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

Pinetree Estates - Lot 10  has the first couple of acres cleared with a wooded buffer along the back and side boundaries for privacy.  The property is located on the corner of a paved road.  Electricity is available to the front of the parcel.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  However when you decide to build it must be 960 square feet or larger.  Modular homes and mobile homes are allowed providing they meet the minimum square footage and are 7 years of age or newer when initially placed on the land.  Farm animals are permitted.  There are already a couple of families living at Pinetree Estates.

The roads in Pinetree Estates are private and there is a Property Owner's Association to maintain them.  The annual fee is $91.
