Suwannee Woodlands - Estate 20 is located in O'Brien, Florida.  O'Brien is located 18 miles south of Live Oak which is located off Interstate 10, only 15 miles west of the crossroads of Interstate 75 and 10.  This makes for an easy commute to Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At Suwannee Woodlands you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and insurance costs.  Live Oak offers great climate year round and has many amenities while maintaining its small, hometown feel. 

In Live Oak you will find Publix, Winn Dixie, Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, Tractor Supply, a hospital, and restaurants.

Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near O’Brien, FL. The large spring is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and river’s edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

Suwannee Woodlands - Estate 20 is mostly wooded in oak and hardwood trees.  We have cleared a driveway and home site area on the lot.  At the back of the property is a grass airstrip for airplanes.  There is a property owner's association (O'Brien Airpark) that maintains the grass airstrip and the cost is $250 per year.    The property is located on a county maintained dirt road and about 1 mile away from the nearest paved road.   Electricity is available to the front of the property and there is no requirement or timetable to build.  When you do decide to build it must be 720 square feet or larger.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted.  Farm animals are permitted.
