41st Crossing

Located in Jasper, Florida

41st Crossing is 10 miles west of Exit 460 off Interstate 75, and is only 25 miles north of the crossroads of Interstate 10 and 75.  This makes for an easy commute to Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville, or Valdosta.  At 41st Crossing you would be living in the lowest wind zone rating area in Florida reducing your risk from hurricanes, plus home construction cost and  insurance costs.  Jasper offers great climate year round. 

 

The Suwannee River State Park is 7 miles south of 41st Crossing.  It is located at the intersection of the Suwannee and Withlacoochee rivers. This park is alive with history. Visitors can see remnants of a 19th-century steamship and two ghost towns that have been reclaimed by the sandhill wilderness, which is home to diverse and imperiled native species.  There hiking trails, campground, cabin rentals, and a paved boat ramp. 

 

The Suwannee River State Park is part of the Twin Rivers Wildlife Management Area which consists of more than 9,000 acres in 14 non-contiguous tracts in Madison, Hamilton, and Suwannee counties.  There are areas designated for hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, bicycling, and picnicking.

Madison Blue Spring State Park is only 9 miles northwest of 41st Crossing.  This crystal clear, first magnitude spring is a popular spot for swimming and cave diving.  Voted the #1 swimming hole in the country by USA Today, Madison Blue Spring is a family favorite destination and a fantastic place to spend the day.

 

Fifteen miles west of 41st Crossing you will find the town of Madison.  In Madison there are two grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, Madison County  Memorial Hospital, North Florida Community College, restaurants, and much more.  Twenty miles southeast is the town of Live Oak.  At Live Oak there is a Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, two grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie), Shand’s Hospital, restaurants, and plenty more.

41st Crossing - Estate 3 - We have a cleared a driveway and home site area on the property.  The rest of the land is wooded in pine trees for privacy.  Electricity is available to the front of the property and the lot is located on a county maintained paved road.  There is no requirement or timetable to build.  Mobile and Modular Homes are permitted.  Farm animals are permitted. 

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS  on this property, but you must follow the building codes of Hamilton County when you do decide to build or make improvements.
